PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT please click on PATIENT PORTAL button below. Register as a new user and fill out the information so it can be transferred into our system.

During your Initial Evaluation you can expect to:

  • Obtain baseline measurements of range of motion, strength, and arm girth (if necessary)
  • Get one-on-one time for manual therapy as appropriate
  • Receive a simple exercise program based on your phase of recovery

This time is for you! We will go at your pace. Please dress comfortably.
